PennyPlanPennyPlan — Terms of Use
These Terms govern your use of the PennyPlan iOS app and website provided by Peptech (“we”). By using the App you agree to them. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies; where it conflicts with these Terms, these Terms prevail to the extent permitted.
1. The App
PennyPlan is a personal budgeting tool. It does not provide financial, tax or investment advice, does not connect to banks and does not move money. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter and for your financial decisions.
2. Licence
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, under the App Store rules. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell or distribute the App, or use it unlawfully.
3. Pro subscription and purchases
Some features require PennyPlan Pro, sold as an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or yearly) or a one-time Lifetime purchase through Apple. Prices are shown in the App before purchase. See the Subscription terms for trial, renewal, cancellation and refund details. Payment is charged to your Apple ID; refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
4. Your data
Your budget data is stored on your device; you are responsible for backups (iCloud or iTunes). We process anonymous usage data as described in the Privacy Policy.
5. Availability and changes
We may update, change or discontinue features, and may update these Terms; continued use after an update means acceptance. We aim to keep the App available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
6. Disclaimer and liability
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted, Peptech is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data or financial loss arising from use of the App. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months before the claim.
7. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it. We may terminate the licence if you breach these Terms.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the country where Peptech is established, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence.
